What we collect

When you book or send a request: your name, your phone number and email, your address if you give it, what you need done, and any photos of the job you add. Photos are seen only by our team and are never shown on this website. When you call or text us, your number and your messages.

When you apply for a job with us: your name, phone number and email, your experience and anything else you tell us. We use it only to consider you for work. Applicants are never added to our customer list or sent offers.

When you visit this website we count which pages are seen and which buttons are tapped, so we know what's useful. That count uses no cookies and no advertising trackers.

How we use it

To answer your request, book and confirm your visit, keep you updated about your job, send estimates and invoices, and ask afterwards how the job went.

Service reminders and occasional offers go only to customers who ask for them, by ticking the box when they book or by telling us. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Texts from us

If you give us your mobile number, Zome payment test texts you about your request: confirmations, reminders, updates on the day and the occasional question. How many depends on your job. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any text to stop them, or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and texting consent are never shared with or sold to anyone for their marketing.

Who else sees it

We never sell your information. Zome runs this website and our customer records, and Zome's texting and email providers deliver our messages. They handle your details only to provide that service to us.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by sending a request on our booking page. We keep job records for as long as we need them for warranties, taxes and your service history.
